The eighth edition of SIAL Middle East will be held from December 12 to 14, 2017, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The food, beverage and hospitality event will build on the successful 2016 edition, which attracted 952 exhibitors, 30+ national pavilions and 16,562 trade attendees.
Providing a wealth of opportunities to source, network and learn, the 2017 event will combine regular highlights, such as SIAL Innovation, La Cuisine and the Hosted Buyer Programme, with several new attractions.
First-time features include the UAE National Coffee Championships, which will showcase displays from the country’s top baristas, Digitalise, offering complimentary social media, marketing and PR healthchecks for F&B companies, the Middle East Food Forum and the Healthy & Organic Pavilion. Participants will also have the chance to witness 1000+ chefs at the largest culinary competition in the region.
