As a result of GCC nationalization initiatives and current estimates highlighting that over 50% of GCC university graduates are consisted of women, both government and private sectors are reshaping their recruitment and HR strategies to incorporate more women employees into their organizations. Due to its technical nature and historic “old man club” stature, oil and gas sector is facing the biggest challenge in incorporating women into their workforce and lagging far behind this growing trend.

At Leaders of the Future Summit: Bridging the Gender Gap in Oil & Gas Industry, leading industry players from GCC and MENA will come together to focus on the importance and necessity of incorporating women into the oil and gas sector and give you insights into the most successful recruitment and HR strategies to hire, train and retain more women and provide you with the know-how on bridging the gender gap within your organization.
