The 2018 edition of the Annual Middle East Lighting Design Summit will be held at the at the Sofitel Dubai, The Palm Resort and Spa, Dubai, UAE, from May 2 to 3, 2018.

Now in its seventh year, the event will bring together industry players from across the region to explore the current trends, technologies and practices shaping the lighting design industry.

The programme will feature standalone sessions and interactive panel discussions on topics that include: architectural lighting 2.0; collaborative lighting design; urban lighting design concepts and techniques; human centric lighting; and public lighting design strategies.

A well-established industry event, the summit is expected to be attended by over 350 senior lighting and interior designers, architects, urban planners and other experts working in the field. Experts Michael Grubb, creative director, Michael Grubb Studio, and Gerd Pfarré, managing/design director, Pfarré Lighting Design, will be among the more than 40 experts presenting at the event.
