We invite you to the XII Congress on Financial Law organised by the Banking Association of Colombia ─ ASOBANCARIA which will be held in the city of Cartagena from the 22nd to the 23rd of August. As in the past, recognised personalities from national and international public and private sectors will attend as speakers.
This academic space analyses the main regulatory trends and regulatory developments, in addition to the current issues relevant to the financial sector. This year the discussions will focus on the internationalisation of Colombian banks and the challenges faced by financial supervisors and by companies, such as to achieve a balance between prudential regulation and competitiveness.
