On behalf of Africa Centre for Peace Building – AFCOPB and Bank of Ghana-BoG, we are pleased to invite you and your team to the 1st West Africa Microfinance Conference-WAMIC 2013 scheduled for April 24-26 at the Mplaza Hotel, Accra-Ghana, under the theme ‘empowering Africa for economic peace: the role of the microfinance sector’.

The WAMIC 2013 (Conference and Training Workshop) seeks to address some of the challenges confronting the sector in the West Africa sub-region. The conference is expected to equip participants with the requisite skills and provide them with relevant industry information regarding the management of a microfinance business. This will also contribute to ensuring jobs security as well as bringing some soundness into the sector while providing participants with a common platform for sharing ideas, resources and networking.
