Third Party Event

02 Mar 2017 - 04 Mar 2017

In order to be able to display the most comprehensive scope of intra logistics and external logistics solutions under one roof, organisers from Germany are cooperating with ITE Group Plc., from the UK, through PT. Debindo-ITE to create the CeMAT Southeast TransASia Jakarta/ColdChain Indonesia Expo to be held March 2-4, 2017, at ICE BSD City.

Indonesia being selected as CeMAT’s base in South-east Asia coincides with a surge in single market integration activities within the ASEAN Economy Community, which is currently on its way to becoming one of the most vital logistics hubs in the world. There is no doubt that this is why Deutsche Messed and the ITE Group are now interested in presenting CeMAT in Indonesia.

“This region offers remarkable business opportunities for logistics companies,” said Krister Sandvoss from Deutsche Messe. “This will be the first time we will hold a CeMAT event together with logistics expo supporters, such as TransAsia Jakarta and ColdChain Indonesia. We want the event to be focused on all aspects of intralogistics, That’s why we also have a full support from Indonesia Logistic Association and Indonesia Logistic and Freight Forwarder Indonesia,” he added.

CeMAT Southeast Asia is expected to attract more than 200 exhibitors in a space of 10,000 sq. metres. The exhibition will feature a variety of products such as industrial trucks, complete logistics systems, rack and warehousing systems, cranes and lifting equipment, access platforms, auto ID systems, robotic logistics solutions along with packaging technologies and logistic services, such as freight forwarding, terminal operation, transport infrastructure, transport vehicles and CEP services. Visitors are expected to come from all over South-east Asia and beyond.

“Deutsche Messe is organising the upcoming CeMAT Southeast Asia event with TransAsia Jakarta and ColdChain Indonesia and in partnership with exhibition companies based in the UK and ITE. We are also working with ITE to hold a CeMAT Russia event, and we are pleased with this new collaboration with Indonesia,” Sandvoss added.
