The 3rd Philippine Construction Industry Congress is a gathering of the captains and movers of the construction industry, government policy makers, and foreign and domestic stakeholders. The congress is spearheaded by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP), and the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) with Oxford Business Group as the Research Partner.
The conference aims to address relevant issues vital to the growth and sustainability of the Philippine construction industry such as construction industry liberalization, various Philippine government infrastructure initiatives, infrastructure opportunities and delivery models, training and education, and ease of doing business.
