The Water Investment Forum will bring together investors and key national and global players in the water sector in order to promote investment opportunities in the Kingdom; create awareness around investment opportunities within this sector; and establish a platform for exchanging ideas between the investment community, experts and key decision makers, while highlighting the public-private partnerships (PPP) and sharing many successful PPP stories in developing water projects in KSA.
Some of the many venture prospects include new independent water and power producers (IWPPs), renewable technologies in desalination, O&M contract for water production and transmission, externalisation of shared services, localisation of manufacturing and research partnerships. In addition, the forum will announce facilities offered to investors, and highlight the substantial advantages of investing in the Kingdom.
