The Kuwait government intends to build nine smart cities to support its long-term plans, which are aimed at boosting the economy and developing the country as a hub for finance, trade and tourism.
Now in its third edition, the 2018 event takes place against this backdrop, bringing together a broad range of industry experts to share their knowledge, discover Smart City solutions, hear from innovators and play an active role in Smart City dialogues.
The Innovative Cities Summit expects to welcome over 300 attendees, 30 exhibitors and an impressive list of visionary speakers. Aside from an expansive exhibition, the event will include knowledge-based case study presentations, educative workshops, demos and interactive panel discussions. It will also provide an ideal forum for buyers and sellers to network.
Key themes on the programme include: how to create successful collaborations between public and private sectors; and the ways to fully leverage the modernization opportunities that will help boost Infrastructure, transport, increase investment opportunities and develop smart sustainable cities.
