The Ghangeria Rising 2018 Conference, Accra, Ghana 10 May 2018
The first-ever Ghangeria Rising Conference under the theme “Harnessing the Business Opportunities in Ghana and Nigeria to Accelerate Inclusive Economic Growth and Development”, is being organized by Notice Board Limited, an events management company in Ghana, with support of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and under the distinguished patronage of Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration.
The Ghangeria Rising 2018 conference, which will be held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra, will be opened by the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. It will bring together businessmen and women, investors and potential investors, trade and investment facilitators, policy makers and public officials to discuss and actualize business, trade and investment opportunities in the Agribusiness, Banking & Finance, Oil, Power & Gas and, Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) sectors in Ghana and Nigeria.
The Conference has the following as key objectives:
- Present and clarify trade, business and investment opportunities in Ghana and Nigeria
- Discuss business enablers and explore initiatives that create enabling environments for sustainable trade, business and investment between Ghana and Nigeria
- Explore opportunities in key sectors of the Ghanaian and Nigerian economies including Agribusiness, Banking and Finance, Oil, Power & Gas, and ICT.
- Discuss business finance and payment systems in support of Trade and Investment in Ghana and Nigeria.
- Provide high-level networking opportunities among Ghanaian and Nigerian investors, businessmen and women
- Present clear and documented business opportunities and proposals in Ghana and Nigeria ready for investment
- Create opportunities for investors from other countries and regions to network and discuss trade, business and investment opportunities with Ghanaian and Nigerian businessmen and women attending the conference
- Create a platform of continuous collaboration among businessmen and women in Ghana and Nigeria
