The criteria for each type of category are as follows:

• Organisational: Each entry should have write-up of less than 2700 words, which includes the company’s profile and brochure, media write-ups and interviews as annexure;
• Individual: Each entry should have a personal profile of the person nominated, including achievements, awards and accolades received, media coverage, articles published, photographs and any other relevant details.

Upon evaluated on each entry, the jury will make a final and binding decision.

Entry fees (per nomination):

Indian: Rs. 26,000 (+15% service tax)

International: US$ 550 (inclusive of service tax)
Payment (Cheque /DD) should be drawn in favour of “WORLD HRD CONGRESS”, payable at Mumbai.
