The 2010 10th Anniversary World Free Zone Convention (WFZC 2010) will be held in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), United Arab Emirates, between 31st October and 3rd November, 2010, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah and His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).

The conference will take place at Al Hamra Convention Center and Hamra Hotels & Resorts under the theme ‘Gathering Global Support For Free Zones’ with the slogan, ‘Harnessing economic zones worldwide to the cause of economic recovery, dynamic growth and strengthened world trade.”

Over 200 delegates from various free zones across the globe are expected to take part in the event, which aims to highlight the benefits free zone communities have to offer investors. The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority (RAK FTZ) is the Platinum Sponsor and host of the two-day conference and exhibition, and a very special event is planned for 2010 to mark the 10th anniversaries of the WFZC and RAK FTZ.
