Third Party Event

10 Oct 2010

The Oxford Business Group is pleased to announce our media partnership with TransOman Conference 2010, which will take place on 10-11 October, 2010, at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Muscat, Oman, under the auspices of the country’s Ministry of Transport and Communications. In this respect, we have pleasure in sending you a letter from the conference team.

Dear Oxford Business Group subscribers,

The primary goal of TransOman is to provide a comprehensive event that can lift the profile of the Transport, Shipping and Logistics sectors in the Sultanate of Oman whilst promoting Oman as a major global logistics hub. The 2009 TransOman Expo and Conference received unprecedented attention from the industry and we expect even more from TransOman 2010 which will further contribute towards this vision.

Last year’s TransOman Expo, Conference and PDO Vendor’s Forum was a great success for the vast majority of those who exhibited, sponsored or visited the show from Oman, the GCC Region and beyond. The number of deals signed and partnerships formed stands as a testament to TransOman 2009’s success.

TransOman 2010, will include new, exciting and innovative features building on the strengths of 2009’s event. Available floor space in the exhibition is set to increase by more than 50% with new sections for complementary industries such as Oil and Gas, Heavy Machinery, Material Handling and Information Technology.

In addition, this year’s TransOman will also host the first Oman Logistics Excellence Awards which aims to recognise outstanding achievements and innovative contributions of companies and professionals in Oman’s logistics sector.

We encourage you to take advantage of the many benefits available to you and your organisation and anticipate your involvement in this exciting show.
