Following on from the fantastic success of the inaugural TechCon SEA 2017 event held in this region, together with TNB in Kuala Lumpur, we have partnered with National Grid Corporation of Philippines (NGCP) for TechCon SEA 2018.
The event program is usually held over three days, with a CIGRE Tutorial Workshop held on the first day. The workshop consists of global experts sharing and educating the delegates on best practise knowledge sharing in the form of Technical Brochures that have been put together over many years of hard work, integrating expert opinion from all over the world. The second and third day of the actual TechCon SEA Conference and Exhibition allows peer to peer knowledge and real-life application sharing and lessons learnt. We are very strict on not allowing any commercial ‘sales pitch’ style presentations. The delegates relax at the end of the first two days with a sponsored networking drinks and conference dinner. This year we will be holding an informal Filipino BBQ theme in the Sunset Pavilion, where Senator Manny Pacquiao may join.
Our event is also set to launch the inaugural Philippines CIGRE National Chapter, in which Mr.Dennis Jose Gan has recently been appointed Chairman. We are targeting approx 350 to 400 delegates.
