The Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) is set to host a highly anticipated Forum and Award Ceremony on December 1, 2024 at the Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh.
SWPC’s Forum objective is to encourage collaboration among key stakeholders in the water sector by providing a platform for sharing best practices, gathering industry feedback, optimizing and improving various aspects to assure sustainability of the water sector; not only in Saudi Arabia but also in the MENA region as well.
SWPC Forum will focus on strategies for effective government collaboration and optimizing tendering processes, providing participants with a platform to explore best practices in public-private partnerships. Attendees will benefit from insights based on SWPC’s extensive portfolio of projects, gaining practical knowledge on enhancing procurement frameworks and aligning efforts between the public and private sectors.
The Forum will also include opening remarks, panel discussions, strategic workshops, networking sessions and a world-class exhibition of the most advanced offerings in this space. The event will culminate an Excellence Award Ceremony, honoring SWPC’s projects companies that have demonstrated exceptional innovation in their delivery, operations, reliability, local content, project execution, and financial closure in the partnership model.
A unique highlight of the forum will be the participation of Regional Water Authorities, facilitating meaningful knowledge exchange and creating a conversational guide to success. Attendees will gain firsthand insights into SWPC’s project, opening the door to new investment opportunities. SWPC Forum and Award Ceremony promises to be a cornerstone event in shaping the future of water resources in Saudi Arabia.
It is worth mentioning that as a government entity, SWPC is at the forefront of enhancing Saudi Arabia’s water infrastructure through public-private partnerships (PPP). With significant contributions to the industry, managing 12 operational projects, overseeing 7 projects currently under construction, and guiding 9 projects in the tendering stages, along with 22 projects in the planning phase, SWPC is committed to ensuring water security in alignment with the Kingdom’s National Vision 2030.
