At the third International Conference “INNOVAR PARA CRECER” attendees learned from experts like Dyan Finkhousen, Director of Open Innovation & Advanced Manufacturing at GE, a company that is transforming itself. Dyan showed how they build business plans and open collaboration models to accelerate innovation and redefine what is possible.
Vijay Govindarajan, a renowned global expert in strategy and innovation, and author of the bestseller, “The Three Box Solution: A Strategy for Leading Innovation,” shared the tools that work with CEOs of leading Fortune 500 companies.
José Miguel Benavente, Lead Technical Leader in the Competitiveness, Technology and Innovation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), proposed strategies to promote innovation based on his experience with countries with a reality very similar to ours.
At the session on Innovation in Peru, leaders of Peruvian companies with very interesting experiences and international reach presented how they work innovation and talked about the challenges of being leaders committed to transforming business in our country. General managers like Arturo Mannheim from AGP, Karl Maslo from Exsa, and Álvaro Correa from Pacífico Seguros joined Gonzalo Villarán, Director General of Innovation, Technology, Digitization and Formalization of Produce and expert in entrepreneurship as part of this panel and shared the challenges of innovating with startups.
The event of September 06, held from 08:00 am to 1:30 pm in the auditorium of the UTEC, was an opportunity to continue building an active network among the leaders of organizations in the country, where the exchange of experiences and working together accelerates the transformation of organizations.
