Oxford Business Group is pleased to announce its media partnership with Invest Mongolia 2012, which will be held on 3 – 5 September, in Ulaanbaatar. In this respect we send you the following message from the conference organisers:

Dear Oxford Business Group Subscribers,

Dear All,

We are pleased to send you the updated brochure and agenda for “Invest Mongolia 2012”, Frontier’s Annual Conference, to be held on September 3-5 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

The elections have just occurred and a new government is being formulated, led by the Democratic Party. Don’t miss this opportunity to get reacquainted with a changed Mongolian investment landscape. Invest Mongolia will strive to showcase the important policymakers in Mongolia.

Changes in the harsh Mongolian investment climate:
This year’s conference main discussion theme will be changes, specifically changes in government, investment climate, and policy direction. The foreign investment law and the new securities law are imminent, and they will have a large impact on the business climate in Mongolia.

The comprehensive five-day program will include presentations, panel discussions and exhibitions that will explain all these changes and furthermore, teach you how to tackle them. In addition, numerous investment ideas will be introduced to investors via showcasing attractive investment projects that are arising in tandem with the growth of the Mongolian Economy. This is not only a conference for investors though – many service providers, including investment bankers, lawyers and accountants will be present to display their expertise in their fields.

Developments: The three most important mines have joined our conference.
ETT, MMC and Oyu Tolgoi will all be involved with Invest Mongolia 2012. Participants will be able to visit ETT and MMC via charted plane and see the latest mining operations for themselves.
