The UAE property market is regaining momentum as many investors are re-entering the market. Despite this positive outlook, the amount of institutional investment has lagged behind in comparison to other prime real estate investment locations. According to a 2012 survey by E&Y, only 4.3 per cent of real estate private equity managers indicated that they are focused on a Middle East exposure in real estate.
