Infra Oman 2011 will be held on September 20-22 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre.
Organized by Al Nimr Expo, the three-day event is in co-operation with the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC) and supported by the Supreme Committee for Town Planning, Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, Origin Oman, Oman Society of Contractors, Oman Tourism Development Company SAOC (OMRAN), Oman Environmental Services Holding Co. S.A.O.C. (OESHCo), Oman Society of Engineers, UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), Singapore Business Federation, United Engineers Network, Export Promotion Center of Turkey (IGEME) and the Association of Professional Interiors Designers (APID).
Infra Oman 2011 will put the spotlight on the multimillion-Omani rials infrastructure projects that are currently under construction or will be implemented soon as part of the government’s comprehensive strategy to diversify the economy and develop all industry sectors. In particular, the international exhibition will focus, among others, on the sultanate’s tourism projects, power and water projects, health infrastructure projects, industrial projects, oil & gas projects, transport infrastructure projects, telecommunications projects, and residential projects.
