Slated on September 10 and 11, 2018 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom of Marriott Manila in Pasay City, the IBPAP HR Summit 2018: Skills Revolution will give new insights into the evolving work landscape and will empower organizations to formulate systems and solutions so the industry can continue to make its mark in the global marketplace.
IBPAP President and CEO Rey Untal will lead the summit’s roster of expert speakers. He will give a review of the industry milestones and share the industry’s future developments projections and performance targets.
IBPAP HR Summit 2018: Skills Revolution will feature 10 plenary sessions as well as 15 master classes. Tackling a wide range of issues, the plenary sessions will cover topics such as megatrends reshaping businesses, skills crisis and the human resource operating model of the future. Meanwhile, the more intimate master class sessions will focus on five subject categories including, talent acquisition, talent management and engagement, talent development, health and wellness, and human resource technology.
Apart from these sessions, there will also be a Tech Zone, an area where new products and technologies for human resource take the spotlight. It will be the venue for product launches and demonstrations, and talks on technological applications for human resource as well as out-of-the-box solutions from startup companies.
More than 400 high-ranking executives and experts are expected to attend this year’s most prestigious human resource event.
