The inaugural edition of the Gulf Steel Show will take place in Dubai, UAE, from February 26 to 28, 2018.
An all-new initiative, the joint conference and exhibition will shine a spotlight on steel application for the oil and gas industry and innovation for next-generation steel manufacturing.
The event will serve as a valuable platform for industry leaders, experts, scientists and decision makers from the steel and metallurgy industries, oil and gas operators, and technology and service providers from around the globe to exchange ideas, experiences and expertise.
It will also provide a forum for participants to foster inter-regional relationships, hear about the latest scientific breakthroughs across all aspects of steel production and protection engineering, and identify solutions for the challenges industry engineers face.
Topics identified as key areas of debate and discussion in this year’s programme include: pipeline and tubular products; structural steel; steel quality; and standards and protection.
The organising committee has facilitated the attendance of renowned oil, gas and petrochemical industry leaders and professionals from around the world, including the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and the US, to pool ideas and share their experiences at the show.
