Under the patronage of Majid bin Abdullah Al Hoqail, the minister of housing, the Riyadh Restatex Real Estate Exhibition will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center April 22-25, 2018. Trends and investments in real estate development and housing projects will be discussed, and coverage will be given to the various housing markets that are set to fill consumer demand. In addition, the products of banks and other companies in real estate finance will be discussed alongside the latest financial regulations and programs approved by the Ministry of Housing.
The Minister of Housing will launch the event at 7:00 pm on Sunday, April 22 in the presence of the leaders and advisors of the Ministry of Housing, supporting government bodies, and the Chairman and members of Riyadh Chamber, as well as the heads and members of real estate committees. Leaders of real estate and finance companies will be in attendance as well, in addition to participating banks and several economic, social and media figures.
Hussain Al Farraj, CEO of the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, said, “This year’s exhibition will underscore the importance of the real estate and housing sector in the Kingdom, despite the market conditions faced by developers, investors, and financiers. Banks and finance companies will be joined by leading real estate firms from the Gulf countries.” The Riyadh Restatex Real Estate Exhibition is the most important annual forum for real estate and housing decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
Al Farraj explained that a program of dialogue and discussion will accompany the exhibition for those interested in conversing with the leadership of the Ministry of Housing. The program of dialogue and discussion will be held in the mornings and evenings during the multi-day event.
