  • Electech/Lightech 2016 focuses on Electricity, Energy Efficiency, Electrical Technologies and Lighting.

First organised in 1995 with the Department of Energy and the National Power Corporation, PowerTrends is the longest-running international energy event in the Philippines, where every company and individual involved in any aspect of power, energy and lighting comes to exhibit, visit the exhibition or attend its conferences.

PowerTrends international exhibition and its conferences are attended by CEOs and senior officials of private and government energy-related companies, investors and representatives of financial institutions. The occasion provides a platform for close interaction among energy players and government authorities ensuring opportunities for privileged networking and business exchanges.

The last PowerTrends series was successfully held last September 23 to 25, 2015 at the SMX Convention Center. Technology systems and products of major international energy players from 12 countries were displayed at the exhibition, prominently led by the National Pavilion of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of Germany.
