Dear Oxford Business Group Subscribers,

The International Economic Forum of the Americas is pleased to invite you to the 2nd Annual Palm Beach Strategic Forum “Competing in a World of Emerged Economies”

April 16 & 17th Palm Beach Strategic Forum, Competing in a World of Emerged Economies:

High-profile national and international speakers on business, finance, trade, public policy and economics. Join us for sector themed networking events, plenary sessions and meet & mingle luncheons. Palm Beach County Convention Center, 650 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida.

The second edition of the Palm Beach Strategic Forum will reflect upon new-found competition emanating from the emerged economies. The accelerated growth rate in emerged economies has fundamentally altered the traditional global economic order.

The aim of this year’s Forum will be to account for this change with a focus on corporate strategies for success.

Specifically:

  • How can companies of varying sizes compete effectively in international markets?
  • Will innovative partnerships between government and the private sector be formed to address new challenges?
  • How much emphasis should be given to creating strategic incentives for a competitive and highly-skilled work force?
  • How will developments in international trade and energy policy affect the US’ global role?
