Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Musa Haji Aman, Datuk Dr. Mohd Yaakub Hj Yohari, Honorable Ministers, Respected Deputy Ministers, Tan Sri Tan Sri, Dato Dato, your Excellencies, honoured guests, ladies and gentlemen, good morning. Thank you for coming to the launch of The Report: Sabah 2011, the first edition here of Oxford Business Group's critically acclaimed annual reviews. 

I extend my heartfelt thanks on behalf of all of the team at Oxford Business Group to Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Musa Haji Aman for graciously acting as patron of this event and to SEDIA for the tremendous support they have extended to Oxford Business Group over the duration of our project. 

Thanks to your corporation, we were able to publish successfully The Report: Sabah 2011. You have provided us with valuable insights on the key economic issues and trends of Sabah. We have been able to interview high profile personalities through your collaboration.

In addition to SEDIA, I would also like to thank four organisations which have provided strong partnership support to us in this undertaking: McMillan Woods Koa & Tan, our accountancy partner, who have give us tax input, Jayasuriya Kah & Co, our legal affairs partner, for the clarity of their legal insights and Maybank which offered outstanding expertise as our banking partner.

I am gratified that so many people from both the government and business community who have supported us are here in attendance.  This is a landmark occasion for my colleagues and myself at Oxford Business Group, the launch of our first Report on Sabah and we hope and believe it is also a worthwhile one for the people of Sabah. 

The rapidly evolving economy of Sabah has enormous business and economic potential. The Report: Sabah 2011 is a guide, providing a classic, in-depth source of intelligence on the state’s investment climate.

The Report Sabah 2011 is our testament to the international trade and investment community. To them we say Oxford Business Group has been to Sabah and undertaken a successful project. It has also been a pleasure to work and interact with the people of Sabah at all levels and a delight to spend a substantial time in this beautiful place. Foreign businessmen and investors read this report; take note of our example; follow our lead and come to Sabah!
