We are pleased to invite you to attend Africa Telecom Forum, which is the premier telecom conference in North, West and Central Africa due to be held on March 17th, 18th and 19th  2011 in Marrakech, Morocco.

Organized in partnership with and the African Development Bank and Mazars Masnaoui, this edition will mainly focus on regulation challenges and issues. On the agenda, three days of debates will highlight the impact of the different regulatory approaches on the development of telecoms, technological innovations, infrastructures sharing, universal service and regional interconnection. The conference workshops, meanwhile, will focus on more practical issues like mobile payment and convergence.
