Oxford Business Group is pleased to announce its media partnership with the 2nd Annual PPP in Turkey Forum which will be held on 27 – 28 November, in Turkey. In this respect we send you the following message from the conference organisers:
Dear Oxford Business Group Subscribers,
2nd Annual PPP in Turkey Forum
27 and 28 November 2013
Meeting future demands today
Following the success of our 2012 PPP in Turkey Forum, our 2013 event will provide an update on the market and its current challenges and opportunities. Government representatives will outline existing and future projects, international experts will provide best practice advice and industry stakeholders will review the feasibility of Turkey’s ambitious plans. Our 2013 forum will provide a platform for debate and discussion with more interactive panel sessions and Q&As.
The Turkish government has outlined ambitious targets for infrastructure projects for the 2023 centenary. In order to provide funding for these major infrastructure projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) have been widely showcased. However, despite Turkey’s financial institutions having suitable liquidity, their lending costs are far higher than their international counterparts. Therefore, for the sustainable development of Turkey’s infrastructure projects, more international lenders need to be attracted to the Turkish market. Our 2013 event will feature the region’s leading financiers, in addition to a range of specially selected international lenders who will be outlining their expectations and requirements.
Key topics to be discussed include: Social Infrastructure (Education, Housing, Sports and Culture, Energy Efficiency), Municipal/City projects, Transport Infrastructure, Healthcare and Environmental infrastructure.
PPP in Turkey 2013 is one of the leading infrastructure investment forums in Turkey and is a “must-attend” event for anyone active or interested in this expanding market.
